- Provide guidance to faculty about educational initiatives
- Confirm course schedules prior to semester start
- Monitor classroom and lab directions
- Divide tasks according to university curriculum
- Organize internal initiatives and guest lectures
- Hold regular meetings
- Document committee operations
- Submit annual report
- Design and implementation of academic calendar in accordance with AKTU, Lucknow.
- Faculty workload distribution department wise.
- Review the progress of the classes.
- Discuss the problems concerning curriculum, syllabus, and the conduct of classes.
- Discuss with the course teachers on the nature and scope of assessment for the course and the same be announced to the students at the beginning of respective semester/Year.
